New Path Health Care Center in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a full-time LMFT/LPC/LCSW for remote mental health services. You will assess, plan, and provide individual/family/group therapy with culturally sensitive approaches to diverse clients across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field from an accredited program.
• Valid license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee.
• Understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based approaches.
• Experience in individual and group therapy with culturally responsive methods.
• Crisis intervention skills and ability to maintain composure in emergencies.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with working in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethics and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as appropriate.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals for integrated care.
• Offer crisis intervention and de-escalation during emergencies.
• Develop and lead educational initiatives for patients and families.
• Maintain confidential documentation using EHR systems.
• Participate in team meetings and cultural competency training.
• Stay updated on research and best practices.
