Genesis Grace Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for a full-time remote role. The position focuses on culturally competent care for diverse populations within a telehealth framework, serving in a flexible outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current license as LMFT/LMHC/LISW in Massachusetts.
• Experience with individual and group therapy; culturally responsive approaches.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and professional ethics.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to tailor treatment plans.
• Apply CBT, DBT, and mindfulness informed by culture.
• Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate care.
• Provide crisis intervention during emergencies.
• Educate patients and families on mental health options and resources.
• Maintain confidential HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Engage in ongoing training, including cultural competency.
• Stay updated on research in diverse mental health care.
