Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field.
- Licensed in Tennessee (LMFT/LPC/LCSW or equivalent).
- Experience with individual and group therapy using culturally responsive techniques.
- Strong crisis intervention experience and composure under pressure.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical software.
Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally responsive mental health assessments and inform treatment plans.
- Apply CBT, DBT, and other modalities with cultural considerations.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy options.
- Coordinate with psychiatrists and psychologists for holistic care.
- Deliver crisis intervention during emergencies.
- Educate patients and families on treatments and resources.
- Maintain accurate patient records in EHRs.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences.
- Pursue ongoing cultural competency training.
