Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT) to provide telehealth therapy. The role offers complete flexibility with scheduling, allowing therapists to build sustainable practices. Qualifications include an active independent license and a master's or doctorate in a relevant field, with at least 2 years of experience in delivering evidence-based therapies. Therapists can earn $83-103 per session, and various supports including malpractice coverage and CEUs are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
