Job summary

Bayview Psychotherapy Services is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality mental health care through telehealth. This remote position serves diverse clients and follows a weekday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule.

You will conduct assessments, implement CBT/mindfulness, lead individual/family/group therapy, collaborate with clinicians, and maintain confidential EHR documentation while ensuring ethical care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field.
• Current NY license as LMFT/LCSW/LCSW-R or equivalent.
• Experience with culturally competent therapy delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments and develop tailored plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches like CBT and mindfulness.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
• Document using EHR systems with confidentiality and ethics compliance.
