Job summary

Adorn Life Behavioral Health Center in Knoxville, TN seeks a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally informed care in a flexible role that blends remote work with in-person sessions at our outpatient office. You will assess, plan, and treat individuals, families, and groups within a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes crisis response, collaboration with physicians and therapists, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensed in Tennessee as LMFT/LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and cultural competence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-based therapies addressing individual and group needs.
• Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians on integrated care.
