Qualifikationen

• Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensed LMFT/LPCC/LCSW in California.
• Experience in individual and group therapy with diverse populations.
• Strong crisis intervention and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Aufgaben

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Educate clients and families about conditions and community resources.
• Maintain confidential EHR documentation in compliance with legal/ethical standards.
• Participate in cultural competency training and team discussions.
