Job summary

Constant Support Psychotherapy Services in Memphis, Tennessee seeks a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally competent care to diverse populations. You will conduct assessments, deliver individual, family, and group therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field.
• Current licensure as LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee.
• Solid understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments for personalized plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy, using evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies with composure.
• Educate clients and families about conditions and treatment options, linking to resources.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in EHR systems and participate in team meetings.
