Job summary

Vibee is seeking a Seasonal Graphic Designer to support live event and travel experiences. You’ll work with the Sr Designer to execute assets across digital, print, environmental, and experiential touchpoints, reporting to the VP of Marketing. This is a remote position.

You will help finalize production files, adapt art for multiple formats, and assist with asset organization and production workflows while maintaining brand consistency and quality across deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design preferred.
• 2+ years of graphic design experience required.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Create production ready assets based on existing key art and brand guidelines.
• Resize and adapt creative for multiple formats, platforms, and dimensions.
• Design event signage, pull up banners, directional signage, table tents, and environmental graphics.
• Prepare print ready files and production specifications.
• Support social media, email, web, and digital marketing asset creation.
• Assist with asset organization, versioning, and production workflows.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables.
• Train and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors and partners when needed.
