Blue Line Search Group is seeking a Live Chat Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers. This full-time remote role in the United States focuses on helping homeowners and contractors choose flooring solutions, answer questions, and resolve issues via live chat.

You will work independently within a supportive team, record conversations in the CRM, identify sales opportunities, and maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.

Qualificações

• 1+ years in customer service or support, live chat or email preferred.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask across multiple chats with quality.
• Reliable home internet and quiet workspace.
