Impact Property Solutions in Las Vegas seeks a Customer Service Representative I to be the company’s voice, handling orders, answering questions, and resolving complaints with strong data entry and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities include taking calls, processing orders, entering floor plans and pricing, and ensuring timely information responses. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and a 401(k)/Roth with match; flooring industry knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year of customer service experience required.
• Flooring Industry knowledge is a plus.
• RFMS Systems Experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls.
• Responds to caller’s general information requests and inquiries.
• Takes accurate customer orders and follow through necessary processes.
• Enter Floor plans, pricing, and other customer information for new and existing accounts.
• Provide timely response to requests for information including returning all calls as quickly as possible.
• Exceed internal and external customer expectations for quality and service.
• Assist with projects on template updates.
