Careerscape is seeking a Live Chat Representative for our client. This fully remote, entry-level role involves assisting customers via live chat, resolving questions, and guiding users through issues using knowledge resources.

You will work from a home office, handle multiple chats, and log outcomes in the CRM system. Ideal candidates have strong written English, a typing speed of at least 40 wpm, and comfort multitasking across chat windows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior chat or call center experience necessary; training provided.
• Excellent written English with strong grammar and spelling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer chats promptly and professionally.
• Handle multiple live chat conversations simultaneously.
• Troubleshoot basic account, billing, and product questions.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions using internal resources.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or appropriate teams.
• Accurately log interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for response time and customer satisfaction.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback with the support team.
• Stay current on product updates, promotions, and policy changes.
• Maintain a positive, patient tone in every interaction.
