• Self-motivated, accountable, able to work independently.
• Stable internet connection to support real-time tools.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Familiarity with Intercom, Help Scout or similar tools.
• Flexible availability, including one weekend day.
• No prior professional experience required; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Respond to chat requests using a browser-based support dashboard.
• Manage customer emails about refunds, subscriptions, and inquiries.
• Apply tags and track interactions for analytics.
• Reference internal knowledge bases for accurate replies.
• Investigate delivery issues and coordinate reshipments or refunds.
• Assist with subscription changes and account actions.
• Flag unusual cases for supervisor review and document patterns.
• Collaborate with technical, logistics, and marketing teams.
• Monitor chat queue health and meet KPIs with coaching support.
