Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation or insurance defense paralegal work.
• Proactive, self-directed mindset with ability to anticipate attorney needs.
• Fluency with PA state and federal e-filing portals, litigation databases, and billing software.

Responsibilities

• Draft, issue, and manage subpoenas for records.
• Review and summarize medical records, deposition digests, and chronologies.
• Assist with drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and electronic filings in PA courts.
• Assemble trial binders, organize exhibits, and coordinate witness schedules.
• Docket daily time entries to meet 1,600 annual billable hours.
