Franklin Law is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal for a fully remote role based in California. You will drive trial preparation, assemble exhibits, manage depositions, and track deadlines while supporting attorneys on employment matters.

Candidate should have CA state court experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. This position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits and opportunities to handle impactful workers' rights

Qualifications

• California-state court litigation paralegal experience
• Hands-on trial support experience
• Experience with discovery management and document productions
• Strong organizational skills under trial deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Willing to travel for trials in California
• Committed to social justice and employee rights

Responsabilités

• Lead trial preparation, organizing exhibits and binders
• Build trial notebooks and deposition materials
• Prepare and track pretrial filings and deadlines
• Support discovery and respond to production requests
• Prepare deposition notices, subpoenas and outlines
• Calendar litigation deadlines and court dates
• Assist on employment matters
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff
• Interview potential clients and witnesses
