Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong hands-on trial preparation experience.
• Experience with California civil litigation and court procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to prioritize and respond to shifting and time-sensitive assignments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and trial-related matters.
• Prepare and organize trial documents, exhibits, binders, and other trial materials.
• Assist with pretrial filings, motions in limine, and other time-sensitive trial deadlines.
• Coordinate witnesses, experts, and trial logistics.
• Manage court filings and monitor deadlines.
• Maintain case files and litigation calendars.
• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation
