Job summary

Jobot, a well-established litigation firm, seeks a Fully Remote Litigation Paralegal with construction defect and personal injury experience to support attorneys through all phases of litigation. This California-based remote role offers steady workflow and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities include managing case files from inception through trial, drafting pleadings and discovery, coordinating responses, preparing deposition notices, and assisting with trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a paralegal in litigation, preferably in construction defect or personal injury.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with state court procedures and discovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files from inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and respond to discovery, including document production.
• Prepare deposition notices, subpoenas, and summaries.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit binders and witness coordination.
• E-file in state courts (California experience preferred).
• Maintain deadlines and calendaring of key litigation events.
