Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in Texas Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law, with exposure to complex litigation.
• Ability to independently draft and respond to discovery requests and develop tailored strategies from scratch.
• Skill in drafting jury charges and aligning petitions and discovery with the case elements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented abilities.
• Experience training/supervising junior/foreign paralegals.
• Comfortable in a fully remote work environment while maintaining high performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop our paralegal staff for quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Independently propound and respond to discovery; develop tailored discovery strategies.
• Prepare precise jury charges; draft petitions, complaints, and targeted discovery.
• Draft comprehensive petitions, pleadings, and complaints in state and federal courts.
• Review discovery records and evidence; draft motions to compel as needed.
• Monitor court deadlines and statutes; ensure timely filings.
• Assemble thorough trial binders and support attorneys in court.
• Draft legal motions with clear arguments and analysis.
