Bush & Bush Law Group seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal with expertise in New York law to lead and elevate our paralegal team. The role focuses on developing legal strategies, supervising staff, and supporting litigation efforts with advanced drafting skills.

The ideal candidate will independently craft tailored discovery strategies, draft comprehensive petitions and motions, and ensure deadlines are met in state and federal courts. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years paralegal experience in New York Plaintiff's Personal Injury law.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise paralegal staff, including foreign paralegals.
• Independently propound and respond to discovery from scratch with tailored strategies.
• Prepare precise jury charges and draft petitions, complaints, and discovery requests.
• Draft petitions, pleadings, and complaints for state and federal court.
• Review discovery and evidence, draft motions to compel when needed.
• Monitor court deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Assemble comprehensive trial binders and support attorneys in court.
• Draft legal motions with clear arguments and analysis.
