Bush & Bush Law Group in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a senior Litigation Paralegal for an on-site, full-time role focused on Texas Plaintiff Personal Injury. You will lead and mentor junior paralegals, draft and respond to discovery, and develop case strategies from inception through trial.

The role requires substantial experience in discovery and legal drafting, with strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Litigation Paralegal in Texas Plaintiff Personal Injury law.
• Proven ability to independently handle discovery and legal drafting.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery requests from scratch.
• Develop case strategies from facts and law; support trial preparation.

This is a senior-level role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation setting and enjoys working closely with attorneys and team members in-office.

Requirements

What You?ll Do

Lead & Support the Team

• Supervise, train, and mentor junior paralegals
• Ensure high-quality, consistent work across the team

Discovery & Case Strategy

• Draft and respond to discovery requests from scratch
• Develop case-specific legal strategies based on facts and law

Legal Drafting

• Prepare petitions, pleadings, and complaints for state and federal courts
• Draft motions, including motions to compel

Jury Charge Development

• Create precise jury charges to guide case strategy
• Align discovery and pleadings with key legal elements

Evidence & Case Management

• Review and analyze discovery, medical records, and case evidence
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, thorough, and strategically aligned

Trial Preparation

• Prepare detailed trial binders and support attorneys during trial
• Coordinate and organize all necessary trial materials

Deadline Management

• Track court deadlines and ensure timely filings
