Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in Texas Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law.
• Ability to independently draft and respond to discovery and develop tailored strategies from scratch.
• Proficiency in crafting jury charges and aligning petitions and discovery with key case elements.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Experience training, supervising, and inspiring junior/foreign paralegals.
• Comfort with a fully remote work setup while maintaining high performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop foreign paralegal staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Independently propound and respond to discovery with tailored strategies.
• Prepare jury charges and draft petitions, complaints, and discovery requests.
• Draft comprehensive petitions, pleadings, and complaints for state and federal court.
• Review discovery records, draft motions to compel, and present case information clearly.
• Monitor court deadlines and statutes to ensure timely filings.
• Assemble trial binders and support attorneys in court proceedings.
• Draft legal motions with clear arguments.
