Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Litigation Paralegal in Texas Plaintiff Personal Injury law.
• Proven ability to independently handle discovery and legal drafting.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery requests from scratch.
• Develop case strategies from facts and law; support trial preparation.
• Prepare petitions, pleadings, and complaints for state and federal courts; draft motions.
• Create precise jury charges to guide case strategy and align filings.
• Review discovery, medical records, and case evidence for thoroughness.
• Coordinate and organize trial materials and support attorneys during trial.
• Track court deadlines and ensure timely filings.
