Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded litigation practice. This position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration and flexibility to work remotely on an established schedule.

Our client seeks an organized professional to manage case files, coordinate deadlines, support discovery, and prep legal documents for hearings and depositions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting complex, high-volume litigation.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and complex documents.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe with TOC/TOA formatting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive litigation support through all phases of complex matters.
• Prepare, format, revise, and proofread litigation documents to firm standards.
• Assist with deposition, hearings, and trial preparation; organize exhibits and materials.
