Parnall Law Firm seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a remote role serving clients across the United States. The successful candidate will handle complex personal injury matters, manage e-filing and discovery, coordinate with attorneys, adjusters, and clients, and mentor teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience and active litigation-stage involvement.

Responsibilities

• Attend Transition to Litigation meetings with client and Case Manager.
• Speak to adjusters, defense attorneys and others involved in litigation.
• Update client with copies of relevant file materials.
• Work with legal assistant to e-file and e-serve court pleadings.
• Be familiar with state, local and federal rules for every jurisdiction.
• Post all costs including expected costs not yet invoiced.
• Draft and serve subpoenas; compose discovery requests & responses.
• Create and maintain a discovery index and review discovery responses.
• Update case analysis within one week of receiving defendant answers.
• Set depositions; create motion/mediation binders; prepare trial materials.
• Calendar case information per calendaring protocol; backup intake calls.
• Move cases toward resolution and ensure team collaboration.
