The ideal candidate has 3+ years of litigation experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in legal software and e-filing procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a litigation legal assistant.
• Experience in insurance defense and/or personal injury preferred.
• Strong civil litigation knowledge and California filings.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Format pleadings and correspondence.
• File and E-file documents in state, federal, and appellate courts.
• Prepare Table of Contents and Table of Authorities for motions.
• Docket case deadlines and assist with trial preparation.
• Research using Westlaw.
