Qualifications

• Paralegal certification required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Experience with Texas civil litigation is highly encouraged.
• Solid understanding of civil litigation deadlines and rules.
• Proficiency with MS Suite and legal document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with discovery, motions, and deposition prep.
• Manage trial preparation including witnesses, exhibits, and notebooks.
• Independently obtain, review, and organize medical records and related damages.
• Collaborate with team and maintain client communications.
• Prepare for hearings and trials with accurate documentation.
