The role requires 3+ years in litigation support, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and legal software. Office two days per week with flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a litigation legal assistant
• Experience with insurance defense and/or personal injury is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and legal software; strong e-filing skills

Responsibilities

• Draft and e-file legal documents and manage case calendars
• Coordinate hearings and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients and courts with professionalism and confidentiality
• Format pleadings and correspondence and manage document filing
