Tyson & Mendes is seeking a Legal Assistant to support civil litigation and insurance defense. You will draft and e-file documents, manage calendars, coordinate hearings and trial prep, and interact with clients and courts in a fast-paced, professional setting.

The role requires 3+ years in litigation support, strong organization and communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. Office is in Las Vegas with a two-day in-office requirement weekly.

• Experience providing litigation support to attorneys in civil litigation and insurance defense.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Proficiency with MS Office and e-filing procedures; ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist attorneys with daily administrative tasks.
• Format pleadings and correspondence; manage case calendars.
• Assist with trial preparation and documentation filing (State and Federal).
• Handle document management and file organization; ensure confidentiality.
