Tyson & Mendes, a nationally recognized trial firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant to support attorneys in civil litigation and insurance defense. You will draft and e-file legal documents, manage case calendars, coordinate hearings and trial prep, and communicate with clients and courts—all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a litigation legal assistant.
• Experience with civil, state, federal, and appellate calendars and rules.
• Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Format pleadings and correspondence, file and e-file documents.
• Docket deadlines and coordinate hearings and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients and courts, maintain confidentiality.
