Job summary

Tyson & Mendes, a nationally recognized trial firm, seeks a detail-driven legal assistant to support civil litigation and insurance defense teams in a fast-paced environment. You’ll draft and e-file documents, manage calendars, coordinate hearings, and communicate with clients and courts with confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of litigation support, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and legal software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a litigation legal assistant.
• Experience with state and federal court filings in Nevada.
• Strong MS Suite proficiency and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with daily administrative tasks.
• Format all pleadings and correspondence.
• Assist with trial preparation.
• File and E-file documents in State and Federal Courts.
• Assist with document management and file organization.
