Tyson & Mendes Denver is seeking an Associate Attorney with a solid litigation foundation and a drive to become a top-tier litigator. You will handle discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation while working closely with experienced trial attorneys in a national firm.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Colorado bar license.
• 2+ years of insurance defense experience.
• 1–8 years of solid litigation experience including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation.

Responsabilités

• Develop compelling case strategies and drive results.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff at all experience levels.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and opposing counsel.
