Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and legal software. The role is full-time with hybrid in-office requirements and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Insurance defense and personal injury experience
• Experience filing complex motions
• Solid understanding of civil litigation deadlines/rules in state, federal, and appellate courts
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal software/e-filing procedures

Responsibilities

• Format all pleadings and correspondence
• File and E-file documents in State, Federal, and Appellate Courts
• Prepare Table of Contents and Table of Authorities for motions
• Docket case related deadlines
• Research using Westlaw
• Assist with trial preparation
• Assist attorneys with daily administrative tasks
• Assist with document management and file organization
