Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience in civil defense
• Insurance defense and personal injury exposure
• Experience filing complex motions
• Strong understanding of civil litigation deadlines and rules in CA
• Experience with CA state, federal, and appellate filings
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat

Responsibilities
