Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Litigation & Employment Paralegal for a REMOTE role open to candidates based in the United States. You will support employment litigation, eDiscovery, legal holds, and cross-border initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and outside counsel, manage documents, and help ensure deadlines and compliance across a global team. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting employment law, HR law, or employment litigation matters.
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee and legal information.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong collaboration skills and a customer-service mindset when supporting internal stakeholders.
• Preferred: Paralegal certificate and experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, integration projects, or multinational organizations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employment litigation trackers, matter files, and key documentation to support efficient case management.
• Coordinate legal holds, preservation activities, custodian tracking, and related documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support eDiscovery and information governance initiatives, including document collection, organization, and production activities.
• Partner with outside counsel by coordinating communications, information requests, and litigation-related deliverables.
• Assist with mediation, arbitration, litigation, and settlement administration activities.
• Coordinate reviews of global People Strategy & Culture and legal templates with local counsel and support policy implementation efforts.
• Support employment-related due diligence, integration planning, and employee harmonization activities associated with acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.
• Maintain project plans, dashboards, trackers, legal spend information, and action items while monitoring deadlines and stakeholder commitments.
