Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Litigation & Employment Paralegal to support the global employment law function, managing employment litigation, eDiscovery, legal holds, and related M&A initiatives across jurisdictions.

In this REMOTE role open to candidates based in the US, you will partner with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to keep matters organized, on schedule, and compliant while assisting with due diligence, integrations, and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting employment law, HR law, or employment litigation matters.
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee and legal information.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience supporting mergers and acquisitions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employment litigation trackers, matter files, and key documentation to support case management.
• Coordinate legal holds, preservation activities, custodian tracking, and related documentation across jurisdictions.
• Support eDiscovery and information governance initiatives, including document collection, organization, and production.
• Partner with outside counsel by coordinating communications, information requests, and litigation deliverables.
• Assist with mediation, arbitration, litigation, and settlement administration activities.
• Coordinate reviews of global People Strategy & Culture and legal templates with local counsel and support policy implementation.
• Support employment-related due diligence, integration planning, and employee harmonization activities in acquisitions and reorganizations.
• Maintain project plans, dashboards, trackers, legal spend information, and action items while tracking deadlines and stakeholder commitments.
