Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with automated docket systems such as Compulaw and Milana.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain docket diary for attorneys' cases using a computerized system that alerts deadlines and case history.
• Create, administer, and maintain policies related to pleadings and filing requirements.
• Review pleadings and court documents to identify critical deadlines per rules and local procedures.
• Prepare and distribute department Litigation Docketing calendar.
• Coordinate communication with courts, agencies, and staff on filing requirements and case status.
• Assist in developing and maintaining docketing policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Serve as a resource on court rules, filing requirements, and litigation workflows.
