Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience in the practice of law, preferably litigation, real estate or mortgage law.
• Admission to practice law in the state of New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to completion.
• Prepare analysis of case and advise client regarding strategies.
• Draft court pleadings, defense of motions.
• Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to interpret client systems

Proficient in software tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to manage and prioritize large caseloads

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Juris Doctor from accredited law school
