Job summary

ServiceLaunch, Inc. seeks a Canadian citizen for a 100% remote Linux and storage operations role. You will administer enterprise Linux systems and storage in large-scale client environments while automating tasks and engaging with customers daily.

Ideal candidates have deep Linux storage experience, strong networking, and excellent communication. Preferred certs include RHCSA/LFCS/CompTIA Linux+. Compensation ranges CA$100K–CA$130K with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be a Canadian citizen.
• Deep hands-on Linux systems administration experience (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Deep hands-on storage systems management experience (S3, NAS, NFS, SAN, iSCSI, clustered FS).
• Strong networking knowledge in Linux (IP, routing, DNS, firewalls).
• Excellent communication, organization, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Perform Linux and storage administration tasks and automation setup.
• Work with customers directly in production, development, and test environments.
• Troubleshoot resource and networking requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with teams in a fast-paced IT operations setting.
