Job summary

Consistent Performance is seeking an experienced LinkedIn Ghostwriter (freelance) to turn Kilian Markert’s ideas into scroll-stopping content that attracts qualified inbound leads. The role is 100% remote, approximately 4–6 hours per week, with collaboration from the Lead Gen team to support giveaways and DM flows.

You’ll craft Kilian’s voice across posts, carousels, and formats, delivering 3–5 hook variants and clear CTAs. A proven viral-post track record and excellent English are required.

Qualifications

• Proven LinkedIn writing experience for founders or B2B personal brands.
• A track record of posts that went viral with measurable results.
• Excellent written English and business-fluent spoken English.
• Able to study a founder and write in their voice.
• Strong hooks and the ability to generate multiple variations quickly.
• Conversion-minded writing focused on turning attention into leads.
• Reliable with deadlines and coachable for feedback.

Responsibilities

• Turn Kilian’s calls, voice notes, client wins, and insights into post ideas with a strong angle.
• Package every idea with 3–5 hook variations, the right format, and a clear CTA.
• Write posts in Kilian’s voice that stop the scroll and drive conversations and leads.
• Repurpose YouTube videos, reels, newsletters, and giveaways into LinkedIn content.
• Collaborate with Lead Gen to support giveaways, lead magnets, and DM flows.
• Monitor creators and competitors and model what's working with new formats.
• Review weekly performance and use insights to improve next week’s content.
• Engage thoughtfully in Kilian’s voice on relevant posts to grow reach.
