Job summary

MONSOON is seeking a creative storyteller to turn conversations and real-life experiences into engaging LinkedIn content. You will craft 10–12 posts monthly, conduct short interviews, and turn insights into captivating narratives.

You'll ghostwrite posts about entrepreneurship, leadership, agency growth, marketing, and business, design simple visuals, and optimize the LinkedIn profile to strengthen personal branding. The role is remote-first and English-only.

Qualifications

Experience in LinkedIn ghostwriting or personal branding.
Excellent English writing with hooks and narrative.
Able to conduct short interviews and turn conversations into stories.
Independent and proactive, with initiative to generate topics.
Ability to create engaging visuals for LinkedIn (carousels/graphics).
Understanding of LinkedIn content dynamics and personal branding.

Responsibilities

Plan, write, and publish 10–12 high-quality LinkedIn posts per month.
Extract ideas through interviews and voice notes to craft stories.
Ghostwrite posts on entrepreneurship, leadership, agency growth, marketing, and business.
Create visuals to accompany content using Canva or Figma.
Optimize the LinkedIn profile (headline, About, Featured).
Manage the content calendar, drafts, approvals, scheduling, and publishing.
Track reach and engagement and suggest improvements.
