• Ability to maintain founder voice across multiple posts without drifting tone.
• Strong taste in hook structure, narrative pacing, and call-to-action.

Responsibilities

• Ghostwrite 3-5 LinkedIn posts weekly in founder voice.
• Mix formats: industry commentary, founder reflection, client case framing, hot-take, behind-the-scenes.
• Coordinate with TWF on cadence, themes, and approval workflow.
• Iterate based on what lands; viral inbound is the goal, not aesthetics.
• Maintain a content calendar with the Social Media Manager.
