Job summary

Openkrill is seeking an experienced LinkedIn executive content writer to run the executive content program for its brands Darkroom and Shadow. You will interview executives, draft posts, and ensure a consistent voice weekly across posts and formats, with support for team members who want to post.

The role is remote, with hiring focused on Brazil, Portugal, or Spain, and collaboration across a team in the EST Time Zone. All work is conducted in English.

Qualifications

• Ghostwrite for founders or executives in LinkedIn posts.
• Understand how B2B buyers make decisions.
• Write about DTC, performance marketing, retention and AI tooling without briefing.
• Interview busy executives for 20 minutes to produce a week of posts in multiple voices.
• Cut marketing speak and preserve the person’s voice in drafts.
• Be familiar with LinkedIn formats and distribution: hooks, carousels, native video, comments.
• Regularly use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for research and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Run the Executive Content Program across the executive team with a clear voice and calendar.
• Conduct voice interviews and turn them into posts closely reflecting the executives' words.
• Create living Context Files for each executive with voice, expertise, and stories.
• Produce ghostwritten posts end-to-end: ideas, drafts, edits, approvals.
• Maintain a single Executive Calendar to coordinate launches and avoid topic collisions.
• Coordinate posts around launches, webinars, and events to reinforce messaging.
• Create posts in formats including text, carousels, short video scripts, and repurposed talks.
• Edit every draft to remove marketing speak while preserving the individual voice.
• Analyze what works and feedback into the calendar.
