Job summary

Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin Inc. is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations for the Wisconsin Lifeline (988) program, supervising Lifeline Counselors and coordinating staffing to deliver remote, trauma-informed crisis intervention services.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will coach staff, monitor quality, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, accreditation standards, and program guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of behavioral health, crisis intervention, or related field experience.
• Minimum one (1) year of supervisory/lead worker or team leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating staff schedules, workflow, or daily operations; coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for Lifeline Counselors and team members.
• Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient, client-centered service delivery and staffing.
• Provide consultation during crisis interventions and ensure adherence to agency standards and HIPAA compliance.
• Support onboarding, ongoing competency development, and workforce development initiatives.
