Job summary
Family Services in Wisconsin seeks a Clinical Supervisor for the 988 Wisconsin Lifeline to provide clinical leadership, supervision, coaching, and quality oversight for Lifeline Counselors serving individuals who contact the Lifeline. This role supports a multidisciplinary team and facilitates supervision, documentation review, and ongoing professional development.
The position partners with 988 leadership to identify training needs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
- Minimum three years of direct services experience with two+ years in clinical supervision.
- Current Wisconsin licensure in LPC or LCSW is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to Lifeline Counselors.
- Review counselor interactions and documentation for quality and compliance.
- Promote ethical, high-quality service delivery and professional development.
- Identify training needs and communicate recommendations to program leaders.
- Support staff development and in-service trainings.
