Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin Inc. is seeking a Team Lead for the Wisconsin Lifeline program. The role provides real-time leadership and operational support for 988 services across phone, chat, and text, guiding Lifeline Counselors and coordinating with clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ year of crisis intervention, behavioral health, or related setting.
• Experience in peer leadership, mentoring, training, coaching, or real-time staff support.
• Preferred: 2+ years in crisis intervention or behavioral health.
• Preferred: 6+ months lead worker, supervisory, scheduling, or quality support experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary real-time resource for Lifeline Counselors during shifts.
• Provide consultation, guidance, and decision-making support.
• Monitor workflow, staff availability, and service demand for timely delivery.
• Coordinate shift priorities, follow-ups, and handoffs per program procedures.
• Escalate clinical, staffing, technology, safety, or operational concerns as needed.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to staff and interns.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and skill development for new staff.
• Assist with quality, documentation, and trauma-informed practice standards.
