Job summary

Family Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the Wisconsin Lifeline (988) program remotely. You will supervise Lifeline Counselors, coach staff, monitor quality, and support daily operations with a focus on trauma-informed, client-centered care.

This role reports to the Program Manager and drives compliance and continuous improvement. The position requires 3+ years in behavioral health with supervisory experience, bachelor's degree in a related field, and ability to manage crisis

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration, or closely related field.
Preferred: Master's degree in related field.
Minimum three (3) years in behavioral health, crisis intervention, or related field.
Minimum one (1) year of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for Lifeline Counselors and team members.
Coordinate daily operations to ensure client-centered service delivery.
Monitor staffing levels, workflow, and operational performance.
Provide consultation during crisis interventions and high-risk situations.
Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing competency development.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, policies, and regulatory requirements.
