Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin seeks a Clinical Supervisor for the 988 Wisconsin Lifeline to provide clinical leadership, supervision, coaching, and quality oversight for Lifeline Counselors. This role supports a multidisciplinary team and partners with leadership to identify training needs and ensure compliance and program improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience providing direct services to help seekers, plus two or more years of clinical supervision.
• Current Wisconsin licensure in LPC or LCSW required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to Lifeline Counselors.
• Coach and provide ongoing feedback to strengthen clinical judgment and documentation.
• Develop and facilitate staff development and in-service training.
• Review counselor interactions and documentation for quality and adherence to standards.
• Support program leaders with quality assurance and continuous improvement.
