Job summary

Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, seeks a Lifecycle Services Business Lead to drive growth across Services and Solutions in the assigned US regions. You will partner with the Lifecycle Services Sales Regional Manager, manage forecasts, and align commercial programs with market strategies, while supporting sellers and domain experts.

You will travel up to 40% to customer sites and trade events, develop annual business plans, build cross-functional relationships, and mentor teams on

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
Willingness to travel up to 40%.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
Experience in services and solutions sales preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve growth and performance for Lifecycle Services in assigned geographies.
Manage performance reporting and forecasting by geography and businesses.
Lead launches of new offerings to the sales team and channel.
Collaborate with regional and global peers.
Participate in trade shows, seminars and other marketing activities.
