We are building a lifecycle and retention marketing program from the ground up and seek a senior marketer who can own onboarding, activation, retention, and referrals while partnering with product, engineering, and data.

You''ll craft compelling copy, run experiments to boost retention and lifetime value, and lead lifecycle

Qualificações

• 7+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention at DTC subscription companies.
• Hands-on with Braze, Segment, SQL, and AI tools; you've fixed churn.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and data to drive retention.

Responsabilidades

• Own lifecycle strategy: onboarding, activation, results, subscription, retention, win-back, referral.
• Write motivating copy and run experiments to boost retention and LTV.
