Clearlink Technologies, LLC is seeking a Lifecycle Operations Manager to own the lifecycle marketing platforms (Iterable) and the on-site capture layer (Digioh). You’ll build, test, and scale email programs across our brand portfolio, partnering with marketing, product, and analytics teams to drive growth and revenue.

The role combines product, marketing technology, and analytics, with a remote-first focus. A hybrid option is available for candidates near Salt Lake City, Utah.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with lifecycle platforms (Iterable) configuration, segmentation, and automation.
• Strong analytics skills: A/B testing, reporting, and data-driven roadmap.
• Working knowledge of email authentication and deliverability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the email product and lifecycle platform implementation across brands.
• Maintain data health, deliverability, and identity systems for multiple brands.
• Lead testing discipline and translate results into a prioritized backlog of work.
• Grow subscribers and optimize capture strategies to improve lifetime value.
• Collaborate with brand teams and IT/Data to ensure compliant, scalable programs.
